Navigating the Transition
The shift from high school to college, applying to or finishing up grad school, or beginning a first career is a period of massive growth—and significant pressure. I specialize in helping driven, motivated young adults navigate these transitions, whether you are narrowing down an academic path or trying to figure out who you are and what you want to do with your life.
My Approach: Coaching for Change
I work best with clients ready to put in the effort but need help developing action plans. Think of me as a coach: I provide the strategy, and you do the training. My sessions often include “homework” to ensure the skills we build in therapy translate to your real life. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Exposure Therapy, we will create a plan to balance your work, relationships, and self-care
