Insurance

My Eugene Therapy office is contracted with the following plans:
• Aetna
• Anthem
• Blue Cross/Blue/Shield of Oregon (other states may defer to this contract)
• Moda
• Pacificsource (not OHP)
• Providence Health Plan
• Regence of Oregon (other states may defer to this contract)
• Samaritan Health Plans

Kimberly, my office manager, would be happy to answer any questions that you may have about insurance or my fees. She has been working with insurance products and in the medical field since 1988. A few words from her:

Dr. Giblin is not contracted with Medicare, so cannot be contracted with any Advantage Plans such as Providence AARP Medicare, Secure Horizons, Medicare Advantage, United Advantage, Regence Medicare Advantage, Trillium Medicare and the like. He is Opted Out with Medicare, which means that he may enter into a private contract with you so that you may pay our office privately.

In most cases we will bill both primary and secondary carriers if Coordination of Benefits is set up between the two.

If your coverage is with another carrier that Dr. Giblin is not contracted with, you may have out of network benefits that would allow some level of coverage for services with him.

It is exceedingly rare that a referral would be needed through Primary Care in order to access care. Often potential clients tell me that they are not sure their situation is severe enough to warrant therapy. That too is hardly ever the case. Please call (541) 738-6516. I will try to answer any questions that you may have.
